Dear Godfrey family, So sorry to hear of the passing of your wonderful dad. Eric was always sorry that he did not have more time to spend with his uncle and in later years, he often asked Uncle Dick about business issues. He is in a better place. What a wonderful man he was - I often think of your mother and he dancing at the nursing home where Evelyn was. Much love, Nancy Peterson

My sincerest sympathy to the Godfrey family. I have such fond memories of Mr. and Mrs. Godfrey from Dog Cove on Squam Lake. He and my father can 'chat it up' and 'reminisce' in heaven. Prayers to you all.

Mr Godfrey was a great man! Loved visiting "the lake" and listening to his words of wisdom. He truly cared and was devoted to family espically his wife Mrs Godfrey. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family right now. Although I know he wouldn't want anyone fussing over him and I'm sure he is celebrating in heaven!
