Condolence & Memory Journal

RIP Bill "Skilly"

Posted by Richard Skilly Thibeault - Pembroke, NH   April 14, 2018

Uncle Billy was always loving and kind to me growing up in New York in the mid 1970's and early 1980's. I have so many fond memories of him especially when he came to visit us in the Bronx. He love to order a dozen of Chinese Egg Rolls and sit with my Dad drinking beers and eating egg rolls. Half of the time he didn't understand a word my dad was saying since my dad spoke broken English but he was always polite with my dad and responded with his typical "You Don't Say" verbiage. We are so broken hearted with the passing of our beloved Billy. So on behalf of my parents, Ludin Berberena, Maria de Carmin Oquendo, my brother Alberto Berberena and myself, my gratitude in knowing the man and sincere condolence for my "Uncle Billy". Rest in peace. Thank You and God Bless You.
