Lt. Col. Boucher was born on May 21, 1931 and passed away on Friday, August 9, 2019.

Lt. Col. Boucher was a resident of Laconia, New Hampshire at the time of passing.

He attended Milan schools, St. Patrick's in Berlin, and was a 1949 graduate of Berlin High School.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 16, 2019 at 10am at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, Berlin, followed by burial in St. Kieran Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Bryant Funeral Home, Berlin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Community Wellness Center, 22 Strafford Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
