Vladimir was born on November 19, 1918 and passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2017.

Vladimir was a resident of Barrington, New Hampshire at the time of passing.

He attended schools in Syosset, New York and was a graduate of Hicksville, New York High School, Class of 1936.

Chuck served in the United States Army during World War II with the First Calvary Brigade.

He attended the First Congregational Church of Barrington; Past President of NARF Rochester Chapter 1055; Scottish Rite Bodies Valley of Portsmouth-Dover; NH Consistory-Valley of Nashua; was Past Commander and life member of V.F.W., Syosset, NY; member of Matinecock Masonic Lodge No. 0806, Oyster Bay, NY; life member of Kismet Shriners, L.I., NY; Nassau Commandery No. 073, Knights Templar, Oyster Bay, NY; Melchizedek Chapter No. 273, Royal Arch Masons, Oyster Bay, NY. A funeral service will held at 10:00AM on Saturday, August 12th at the J. Verne Wood Funeral Home-Buckminster Chapel, 84 Broad Street, Portsmouth with Masonic services by St. Andrew's Lodge No. 56 F&AM at 10:00AM. A committal service will be held at 11:30AM on Saturday in Pine Grove Cemetery, Barrington.
